I’m currently fighting writer’s block so I decided to put on music to try to enter into a place of inspiration. As I sat here working to determine what would inspire me, I finally landed on a song from the Frozen 2 soundtrack. Yeah, that’s where I’m at in life. A Disney movie is top of mind and on my playlist. All that aside, take a moment to read through these words and consider their impact.

For an animated movie those words are so poignant. The main character, Elsa, goes on an epic and danger-filled journey to figure out what has been drawing her in. In the end, she realizes she had it inside herself all along. Everything she was looking for was within her.

It is so beautiful. 

You are the one you’ve been waiting for.

It is time you throw yourself into wholehearted living in which you embrace the epic journey that is your life. It is time you celebrate all you were created for and all the potential living within you. 

Most people move through life feeling foggy and unclear what is being asked of them, myself included. Remembering that the journey is an internal one first and foremost is paramount. We have to battle with ourselves until we increasingly take steps towards self ownership.

I don’t know if my writer’s block is completely fixed at this moment but my head and heart do feel more aligned and my commitment to my dreams is refreshed. Thanks, Queen Elsa!
